    as "owner" of the company he says "he owns" when in fact it's his girlfriend that owns the company. She passes as his "wife". He signed a remodeling contract in the state of Texas with me, and he has quit the job due to my "lists of things gone wrong", which made him explode. He says he will get all sorts of "liens, charges,etc against me, the home owner. But, it's his name on the contract, and in Texas as a habitual felon, he can't even own a company. I found out about his background too late.
